Total Klean is an extra concentrated, multi-purpose degreaser used to remove grease, oil, mildew, dirt, stains, etc. from cementitious, painted, and stained surfaces. This highly concentrated cleaner is ideal for properly cleaning and preparing your concrete surface. Designed for use in pressure washing and soft washing, Total Klean provides superior cleaning results by combining powerful cleaning agents with stable surfactants. Whether you're dealing with vertical surfaces, tough stains, or the need for a gentle roof cleaning, Total Klean delivers the perfect amount of cleaning power without the risks associated with other chemicals that could combine to create dangerous chemical reactions. 

DESCRIPTION:
ICT Total Klean is a concentrated, multi-purpose degreaser
designed to remove grease, mildew, and dirt stains from
cementitious, painted, and stained surfaces. Degreasing is an
important and often overlooked step in preparing a surface to
receive a sealer or coating. Total Klean is compatible and ideal
for use before any of the many ICT sealers and coatings.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Dilute to recommended ratios. Dilution rates can range
depending on the contamination levels of the surface. For
light to mild contamination, dilute 7:1 with water. For higher
contamination areas, the dilution rates can be adjusted
without any adverse reactions. Total Klean can be applied with a pump sprayer or
garden can. Once Total Klean is applied, scrub area thoroughly with a stiff bristled
brush or use a pressure washer to remove the unwanted matter. Rinse thoroughly to
remove all residue. You may add one cup of liquid chlorine or bleach to one gallon of
diluted Total Klean to aid in the removal of algae and mildew.
