Sealing Sprayers

Even application makes a big difference in how a sealing job turns out. This collection covers the sprayers and parts contractors use to apply sealer, including the Chapin International 19069 3.5 gallon stainless steel sprayer and the Chapin 3.5 gallon industrial concrete sprayer.

To keep sprayers working there are Chapin Xtreme repair kits, the Chapin 6-5380 Extreme shut-off and Chapin brass nozzles in 0.5 and 1.0 GPM. For larger jobs, the complete Dominator paver sealing cart is also listed here.

Seals and nozzles wear out, so keeping a repair kit and spare nozzles with each sprayer helps avoid stopping halfway through a job. Check your sealer's data sheet for recommended application methods before you start.
