In order to get started, all we require is a $2,000 deposit with the balance being due at the time of pickup or if the rig is being delivered, it will need to be paid for prior to leaving our facility.
Our rigs are built in the order in which the order is taken. We typically have 20-25 rigs in the queue at any given time so our average lead time is 8 weeks. However, some builds such as Micro Series may be done much sooner.
All of our rigs come with a 30 day bumper to bumper no questions asked warranty. If you are local, simply come to us and we'll take care of it no questions asked. If you are not local, then we will ship you the replacement parts along with instructions on how to repair the issue. We currently do not have any shops outside of Florida that can handle our warranty repairs and we do not pay other shops for repairs. If you are located in Florida, we have a few shops that can handle the warranty repairs in Florida (Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota & Jacksonville)
We offer lifetime support on each and every rig. As long as you own it, we'll help support you!
If you'd like to have delivery done, we charge $2/mile from our address to your doorstep. This is with our own in-house dedicated delivery driver so it arrives safely. Unfortunately the driver is not able to do training and only provides delivery.
