All lead times provided by Cigar City Softwash for complete rigs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated completion dates are based on current production schedules and component availability. Build times may be extended due to supplier or manufacturer backorders, shipping delays, holidays, staffing shortages, production volume, customer-requested changes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to complete every build as quickly as possible, delays do not constitute a breach of contract or entitle the customer to cancellation, refunds, discounts, or compensation. Cigar City Softwash will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant schedule changes throughout the build process.

To get started, each rig requires a $2000 deposit that is non-refundable for any reason. Rigs that are financed will be paid in full before the rig is completed.
