The Honda Comet P40 Batch Bandit is a complete plug-and-play gas softwash system designed for contractors who want the performance of a Comet P40 without the hassle of batch mixing. The system arrives fully assembled and ready to install—simply connect your water, SH, bypass, and discharge hose to your reel and you're ready to go.

Built around the proven Honda-powered Comet P40, the Batch Bandit features a 1" inlet, 1" softwash proportioner, electric start, and a complete remote control system. From the remote, you can start and stop the P40 and switch between SH application and fresh-water flushing without walking back to your rig.

Remote SH & Flush Control

The Batch Bandit makes applying chemical and flushing your P40 as simple as pressing a button.

SH MODE: Press Button 3 on the remote and the TeeJet valve automatically switches from fresh water to SH while the soap solenoid opens to allow surfactant to flow. Use the 1" proportioner to dial in the chemical mixture needed for the job.

FLUSH MODE: When you're finished applying chemical, press Button 3 again. The system switches the SH side back to fresh water and closes the soap solenoid, allowing clean water to flush through the chemical side of the system.

This means you can apply your softwash mixture and then remotely flush the system without manually moving hoses between tanks or returning to your equipment.

Always Defaults to Flush Mode

The Batch Bandit is designed to default to Flush Mode every time the remote system is powered on.

If your remote is lost, damaged, or has a dead battery, simply use the power button located on the side of the control box. Turn the remote system OFF and back ON, and it automatically returns to fresh-water Flush Mode. This provides a simple backup method for rinsing your P40 and chemical plumbing at the end of the job.
