The 40″ Empty Cartridge Filter is a refillable inline filter shell designed for custom media and pre-filtration applications. Commonly used in softwash systems, chemical delivery setups, and reverse osmosis pre-filters, this cartridge allows you to load your own filtration media such as activated carbon, resin, KDF, or sediment beads.

Built from high-grade polypropylene, this cartridge is compatible with standard 40-inch filter housings and is pressure-rated for water, bleach, and chemical use when paired with the proper housing.
