How Does Track Man Work?
Track Man uses a temporary red-colored marker to help contractors monitor their softwash applications.
Step 1 – Apply
Introduce Track Man into your softwash mixture using a compatible proportioning system. As the solution is applied, the red-colored foam helps you see which areas have been treated.
Step 2 – Monitor Dwell Time
As the cleaning solution works, the red color begins to disappear. Depending on the proportions of Track Man, sodium hypochlorite, and water, the color typically fades within 30–180 seconds.
This visual change helps contractors track dwell time and identify when a treated surface may be ready for rinsing.
Step 3 – Rinse
Once the appropriate cleaning and dwell time has been achieved, rinse the surface according to your normal softwash cleaning procedure.
