The BE Power Equipment SW1165HEZ Commercial Soft Wash System delivers 11.0 GPM at 300 PSI, giving professional soft wash contractors the high-volume, low-pressure performance needed for residential and commercial exterior cleaning.
Powered by a Honda GX200 196cc engine with recoil and electric start, the SW1165HEZ is built around a CP Z42PPGR diaphragm pump operating at 550 RPM. The combination provides the volume needed to efficiently apply and rinse cleaning solutions while keeping operating pressure well below that of a conventional pressure washer.
The complete system is mounted on an aluminum mobile cart frame with stabilizing feet. The frame also allows easy bolt-down installation, making the SW1165HEZ truck-mount ready for installation on a soft wash trailer, truck bed, or service vehicle.

Single-Piece Manifold & Bolt-On Regulator
BE equips the SW1165HEZ with a single-piece manifold, which is designed to reduce potential leak points compared with multi-piece manifold configurations.
The system also incorporates a bolt-on regulator for pressure adjustment. According to BE, the bolt-on mounting is designed to prevent the regulator from backing out or leaking when the pressure adjustment knob is operated.
Mobile or Truck-Mounted Installation
The SW1165HEZ comes installed on an aluminum mobile cart frame with stabilizing feet, allowing the unit to operate as a standalone mobile system.
For contractors building a dedicated soft wash rig, the frame is also designed for easy bolt-down installation on a truck, trailer, or service vehicle.
