One Seal Water-Based Siloxane Penetrating Repellent is a professional, ready-to-use masonry sealer designed to provide long-lasting protection for brick, block, concrete, stucco, and other masonry surfaces.
This water-based siloxane formula penetrates masonry surfaces to restrict moisture while allowing the surface to breathe. One Seal helps combat the damaging effects of freeze-and-thaw cycles, moisture intrusion, dirt accumulation, mold and mildew growth, salt and de-icing chemicals, efflorescence, and corrosion of embedded steel.
Unlike coatings that dramatically alter the appearance of masonry, One Seal dries flat and clear for minimal visibility. Its one-step, ready-to-use formula makes application straightforward without requiring field dilution or multi-step mixing.
Depending on foot traffic and environmental conditions, One Seal can provide protection for up to 10 years.

Directions for Use
Thoroughly clean the surface before applying One Seal.
For maximum penetration, apply the product only to visibly dry surfaces. Protect window glass before application.
The manufacturer's recommended application temperature range is:
40°F to 90°F
For larger applications, apply One Seal using a high-volume, low-pressure spray system. Fan spray tips are recommended.
Do not atomize or vaporize the material.
For smaller projects, One Seal may also be applied using a brush or roller.
Ready-to-Use Formula
One Seal is supplied as a single-step, ready-to-use product.
No field dilution is required. This simplifies application and helps maintain the intended product concentration during masonry sealing projects.

Application & Storage Notes
Always clean the masonry thoroughly and allow it to become visibly dry before application. Protect nearby window glass and other areas that should not receive the product.
Apply between 40°F and 90°F for best results. Do not atomize or vaporize One Seal during spray application.
Store the product in a cool, dry location and keep the container properly sealed whenever it is not in use.
