DIY - Cyclone Proportioner

Are you ready to step up your soft wash game to the max? The Cyclone is the ultimate tool for any soft wash job. Simply plumb to your tanks behind your 1gas roof pump and get ready to mix on the fly. No more large tanks, no more batch mixing!

This kit will include everything you need to get going. Assembly is NOT included.  

FAQ's:

• These units come with the DOS/SM Valves. These valves are great for the professional that wants the very best of the best. These valves are known for being more precise than the entry level unit. 
• These units come unassembled.
• The hoses don't have to be the same length, but we recommend making them fairly close. 
• Most surfactants don't need to be diluted. 
• We highly recommend purchasing the camlock flush kit to connect to your SH & Water lines. This allows you to disconnect your SH line and connect it to your Water line to flush your parts at the end of the day. This is the only way to make these Mixers last! 
• Mounting blocks are clear, valves are black. 
• The soap valve is always 1/2" on the 3 valve units. This can be changed to 3/4" or 1" if you'd like, but you must email us at info@cigarcitysoftwash.com with your order number and we can make the change after you place your order.
• 2 Valve units will use the same 3 port block as the 3 valve, however there will be a 1" plug for the middle valve. 

Warranty: These units do not come with a warranty. If you damage the valves, nipples, check valves, barbs, or any other pieces during assembly, you will be responsible for the replacement costs.
