ICT Color Seal H₂O is a professional-grade water-based colored acrylic concrete sealer designed to add color and protection to concrete and other compatible hardscape surfaces in a single application system.
Manufactured by Innovative Concrete Technology (ICT), Color Seal uses a unique blend of 100% non-blushing, deep-penetrating, self-crosslinking acrylic resin. The formula is designed for easy application and cleanup, quick drying, and resistance to water and ultraviolet light damage.
Color Seal can be used on interior and exterior concrete as well as properly prepared asphalt. It is an excellent option for restoring or changing the appearance of pool decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and other residential or commercial hardscapes.
Unlike a clear concrete sealer, Color Seal combines color and sealing into one application, making it ideal for contractors looking to refresh faded or weathered concrete while adding a protective acrylic finish.

Color Seal H₂Cool
Color Seal H₂Cool – Product #225 combines the Color Seal H₂O Pro sealer with ICT's H₂Cool Technology.
H₂Cool uses solar infrared reflective pigments designed to reflect infrared rays that contribute to surface heat and deterioration. According to ICT, this technology helps lower surface temperature while reducing color loss and fading associated with IR absorption.
For customers working on pool decks, patios, walkways, and other sun-exposed concrete, H₂Cool provides an additional performance option beyond the standard H₂O Pro formula.

Color Seal is currently offered in a broad selection of colors, including Autumn Tan, Beechwood, Cabo Beach, Caribbean Cream, Deep Night, Graystone, Irish Cream, Kahlua Cream, Mocca, Natural, Oasis, Ocean Sand, Oyster, Smoke, Southern Clay, Sunset, and White.
Important Color Note: Colors displayed on computer and mobile screens may not accurately represent the finished product. Final color selection should be made using an appropriate physical color selector whenever exact color matching is important.
