Online Return Policy
All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Once receiving your item, you have 7 days to request a return. All returns must be approved before shipping your item. If approved, you will have 14 days to ship your items back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, proof of purchase (order ID #), and in its original packaging.
Your order ID# can be found in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is sent with missing or damaged packaging or components, your refund will be reduced or denied.
Customers that are returning an item due to an accidental order are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be taken from your refund.
Your refund will be DENIED if…
• Component(s) or packaging are damaged / missing.
• Component(s) are missing instruction manuals or parts.
• Component(s) have been installed.
• Component(s) have been disassembled or tampered with.
• Repairs have been attempted.
• Component(s) have been used.
• Shipment has not been made in the allotted 14 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to, on average 3 to 7 business days.
Denied Returns
If your item is not approved for return, you will be given the option to have the denied item returned to you, or we will dispose of the item for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. When we receive your first order, we’ll automatically refund you so long as the item has not been used.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you discover damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Please include as much information as possible in our Return Authorization Form.
If your items arrived damaged, you must provide photos or video of the damaged or defective items. If shipping damage has occurred, a link will be provided to you in order to submit a claim.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send you a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Exceptions — Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned. If you received one of these items with defects or shipping damage please include as much information as possible in our Return Authorization Form. Your case will be reviewed and eligible refunds will be authorized. DO NOT attempt to ship these items back to us:
• All chemical & liquid products, including soap, surfactant, strippers, sealers, etc.
• Consumable items such as oil, filters, spark plugs, and O-Rings.
• Items that have been disassembled, installed, or used
• Items that have been exposed to water or chemicals
• Gift cards
