OVERVIEW & BENEFITS
Lemon Dancer is a professional-grade, concentrated softwash surfactant and bleach enhancer designed to improve the performance of sodium hypochlorite (SH) cleaning solutions. Featuring a refreshing lemon fragrance, Lemon Dancer helps mask strong bleach odors while generating thick, clinging foam for professional house washing, roof cleaning, and exterior cleaning applications.
Formulated with biodegradable, bleach-stable surfactants, Lemon Dancer helps cleaning solutions cling to roofs, siding, walls, and other exterior surfaces longer. This increased contact time allows bleach-based cleaning solutions to work more effectively while helping contractors improve cleaning efficiency.
Lemon Dancer also contains an additional penetrating surfactant designed to enhance the cleaning action of sodium hypochlorite, making it an excellent choice for professional pressure washing and soft washing contractors.
Whether you're cleaning residential siding, washing roofs, or maintaining commercial building exteriors, Lemon Dancer provides the foam, fragrance, and cleaning enhancement needed for professional results.
Available at Cigar City Softwash Supply, Lemon Dancer is an excellent addition to any professional softwash chemical lineup.

Why Use Lemon Dancer in Your Softwash Mix?
Professional soft washing requires the correct chemical concentration and sufficient dwell time for the cleaning solution to work effectively.
Without a quality surfactant, bleach-based cleaning solutions may run off vertical surfaces too quickly, reducing the time available for sodium hypochlorite to break down unwanted organic buildup.
Lemon Dancer helps solve this problem by producing thicker, more adhesive foam.
When added to your softwash mixture, Lemon Dancer helps cleaning solutions cling to exterior surfaces longer, increasing contact time and allowing the cleaning chemicals to work more effectively.
Its penetrating surfactant also helps enhance cleaning performance, while the fresh lemon scent masks unpleasant bleach odors.
The result is a more efficient cleaning process with improved foam coverage and a more pleasant application experience.
Thick Foam for House Washing & Roof Cleaning
Lemon Dancer is designed for professional exterior cleaning applications where additional foam and dwell time are beneficial.
Recommended Applications
- Residential house washing
- Roof soft washing
- Exterior siding cleaning
- Commercial building washing
- Vertical wall cleaning
- Exterior surface maintenance
- Bleach-based softwash applications
- Compatible non-bleach exterior cleaning solutions
Its foam-generating formula is especially useful when cleaning vertical or sloped surfaces where chemical runoff can reduce contact time.
Fresh Lemon Scented Bleach Odor Mask
Sodium hypochlorite is widely used in professional exterior cleaning, but its strong chlorine odor can be unpleasant during application.
Lemon Dancer features a pronounced fresh lemon fragrance designed to help mask bleach odors.
This creates a more pleasant cleaning experience for both the contractor and the property owner without sacrificing the cleaning benefits of a professional bleach-compatible surfactant.
Mixing Ratios & Directions for Use
Lemon Dancer is a concentrated surfactant. The amount used depends on the desired foam profile, thickness, and application method.
Recommended Dilution
Mix 1–8 ounces of Lemon Dancer per gallon of bleach/water cleaning solution.
Light Foam / Standard House Washing
Start with 1 ounce per gallon of cleaning solution.
This is the recommended starting point for determining the desired foam profile.
Medium to Heavy Foam
Gradually increase the amount of Lemon Dancer until the desired foam thickness and cling are achieved.
Maximum manufacturer-recommended amount: 8 ounces per gallon of cleaning solution.
Mixing Instructions
-
Prepare your bleach and water cleaning solution according to your normal softwash procedure.
-
Add Lemon Dancer at the desired concentration.
-
Begin with 1 ounce per gallon and increase as needed.
-
Apply using your normal compatible softwash equipment.
-
Allow appropriate dwell time for the cleaning application.
-
Rinse according to the requirements of the surface being cleaned.
Important: Do not overuse Lemon Dancer.
Excessive concentrations can make the cleaning solution too thick, causing difficulty drawing the mixture from chemical containers and making treated surfaces more difficult to rinse.
Chemical Storage & Mixing Precautions
Do not allow Lemon Dancer to remain mixed with sodium hypochlorite for extended periods.
Use mixed product within one week.
Prepare only the amount of cleaning solution needed whenever practical.
