This configuration ships with a Hydro-Flow balanced and machined aluminum 2-tip rotary spray bar, providing smooth rotation and reliable cleaning for mid-range flow pressure washing systems.

Featuring an expansive 28-inch cleaning path, the Big Guy significantly reduces cleaning time on parking lots, warehouses, industrial pads, and commercial concrete. The unit is constructed with an aircraft-grade aluminum housing, a powder-coated aluminum frame, and a heavy-duty steel axle assembly, delivering long-term durability while maintaining excellent maneuverability.

The heavy-duty nylon brush skirt contains overspray and maintains consistent spray height, ensuring uniform cleaning results while protecting the operator and surrounding areas. Whisper Wash’s self-lubricating twin thrust bearing swivel provides the power and reliability to support both 2-tip and higher-output 4-tip configurations.

The Big Guy platform is modular and configurable, allowing contractors to tailor the unit to their pressure washer and job requirements. In addition to the standard aluminum 2-tip setup, the Big Guy supports 4-tip spray bars and stainless steel spray bar upgrades, available separately.
